Public declaration of accepting JESUS as your Savior. Come to the front during the last hymn and the pastor will tell your decision to the worshippers and invite them to speak with you warmly after the service.
A baptism will be scheduled on another Sunday.
Transfer of membership from another church, and prior baptism, either believer's baptism or infant baptism & confirmation.
